1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using ThriveCircle, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on ThriveCircle's website or app for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only.

This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials;
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose;
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on ThriveCircle;
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials.

3. User Conduct

ThriveCircle is a community based on respect and wellness. You agree not to use the platform to harass, abuse, or harm other members or guides. Any behavior deemed harmful to the community may result in immediate account termination.

4. Community Guides

While our guides are vetted, the advice provided within ThriveCircle is for informational and community support purposes only and should not replace professional medical or psychological consultation.

5. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Rwanda and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
